Today afternoon ( Thursday, dt.16) and tomorrow (April, dt.17) are expected in all circles. The risks are expected to be average, up to the intensive localist in Kukes and Debar counties, and weak up to average in other counties (as shown on the board, respectively).
In very small areas of each circuit, there may be short - term storm rains, more likely on mountain terrain (and nearby) during the afternoons.
