Vetevendosje, through a reaction sent to the media, says that at a time when the justice system itself is talking about the crisis in which there is political interference of power and not only, today it is six months from political activities and professors, Sadri Ramabaja has been brought to an indictment and continues to be kept in custody without facts and evidence, but only on assumptions and fiction.
“Precisely, there is no evidence to Sadri Ramabaya, his detention is being extended by replacing the sentence. Keeping Sadri Ramabaya in custody must end. He was an assemblyist at the Municipal Assembly of Pristina and is a faculty legalist. Unrighteous imprisonment separates him from activity, lectures, and his students”, VV said.
The political subject belonging to Ramaba says that “for the same beliefs that was arrested decades ago by the Serbian regime, and on the same false charges, he is being held in custody even today, but this time by the state for which he acted a lifetime of”.
The policy-controlled judiciary, where the chief prosecutor officially discusses the indictment with the Speaker of the Parliament, and the prime minister defines deadlines for investigation and obliges the prosecutor to hand over the report to the Government, while politicians accused of organised crime in the case -- Tokaʹ -- are released -- not an independent judge but a hunt against the innocent of the occupants, while the possibility for corrupts and criminal links to power” -- the VV.
Therefore, we seek freedom from unjustly holding the activities, and Professor Sadri Ramabaya from a system seized by the already disreputed power from within”, the VV concludes.
