Vetevendosje blames state for double murder in Gjakova

Vetevendosje Deputy Chairman Fatmire Kolcak said that in a state where state institutions are not taking responsibility, nothing is expected except the next victim, Kosovo passes.

On this occasion she invited citizens to join the protest tomorrow in Gjakova to support victims of domestic and potential violence.

The director of the wife activist's secretariat at VV, Nazlie Bala, said the double murder in Gjakova proves that the state is directly guilty and has failed in protecting women.

“On the day of the late crime has reported the threat to police and police neglect made this institution guilty of domestic violence so we consider the state to be guilty of”, she said.
