American Senator John McCain, who died last night at 81, was a pilot bomber and participated in the Vietnam War.
McCain's plane had been hit and he had fallen into a river to capture the Vietnamese.
Some photos published by the Vietnamese News Agency see the time when Vietnamese had pulled the American off the river.
