Thousands evacuate after floods in France

More than 400 firefighters, police and helicopters are engaged in this section.
Floods have come after southern France and most of Europe have faced extremely high temperatures.
France's Interior Ministry has announced through a statement that six departments have been placed in a state of emergency.
