Six days after the floods, Suhareka with villages around her is still in emergency condition.
About 50 per cent of the villages in this municipality suffered material damage. During this situation, eight injured persons received medical treatment. That's where the KSF and the Red Cross intervened. Meanwhile, material damage from this natural disaster has been estimated to have exceeded 6m euros.
To help some residents of this municipality, MP Labinoto Tahiri has decided to share his MP's salary, which is 1700 euros.
Tahiri was visiting the mayor of Suhareka and praised his commitment to his contribution as chairman.
I kept my promise and dedicated my salary to this municipality”, writes MP Tahiri, among other things, on a Facebook status.
