German expert Andreas Wildermouth says Albania and Kosovo wanted to create as much unity as possible under the formal union”.

An additional wind in the sail took over the past days by Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, who is looking for “border correction”, meaning “the reunification of the Presevo Valley with Kosovo”, the paper writes.
According to estimates, up to 100,000 Albanians live in this area in the towns of Presevo, Bujanoc and Medvedja. This border correction is possible and necessary because Serbia has failed to guarantee minority rights, the newspaper quoted President Thaci as saying.
