“I think that your proposal, which has confused the times, runs more like the inability of the Serbian political class to actually face Albanians and yourself”, has written among other things Hoti.

Honored President of the Republic of Serbia, Mr. Alexander Vuciq
I have long expected you to reflect with a concrete thread of a proposal, from where you think the normalisation of relations between Albanians and Serbs.

Brussels' current agreements have really been technical, however big a burden they have carried on themselves even with their political background. I would even say, the nonexistence of transparency that has been dominated all the time can be tolerated as understandable, for the circumstances of the sensitivity of the problem in question.

Of course, it is clear that the Albanian-Serbian normalisation is not the kind that can be solved with political children, which you bring to Pristina inappropriate country, nor with the grandchildren you have built in Kosovo during the nearly 100-year rule, despite their many, well-educated, post-1999 patriots and nationalists.

The fact that you have failed even as an conqueror in relation to Kosovo, and there you have lost your fight with Albanians and the civilized world, makes you not only sad and undignified, but, as a nation, still unable to rise up on crime and genocide you have committed against the Croat, Bosniak and Albanian people.

Under such circumstances the normalisation table for you is a confused nightmare between the centuries-constructed imagination and the reality that Kosovo is neither yours nor in fraud.

It's almost barbarous nature, as it were, in the sense of a figurative antism that has conveyed you as a people, since you've landed on our own Iric Peninsula, thirsting to çusapt.

However, taking away genocide territories, 49 percent in B&H, even with international blessing, the «Dayton Agreement» has brought you to the point that the policy of the occupation strategy ends at the borders of Kosovo. Not only that. Still without public recognition of Kosovo's independence, you have also carried out your last desire to seek the rights of your community in Kosovo.

Your proposal for ethnic division with Albanians, in a state that has built its multiethnic constitutional philosophy for the sake of the non-Serb majority, seems irresponsible, counter-competitive, non-proliferation and in no way investment for normalising the agreement between our two states.

Had there not been war, therefore, genocide in Kosovo, as if the Ahtisaari package had not existed, as if it had not been declared the independence of the Republic of Kosovo in partnership with the international factor at the top of the US, and if it had not been recognized by the whole world of democratic states in the first place, as if it had not been the Declaration of Independence in accordance with the opinion of International Law and many other unuttered, there would also be a door at the end of the table proposals for normalisation between our two countries.

I think that your proposal, which has confused the times, has more flow than the Serbian political class's inability to actually face Albanians and itself.

After all, no people on the Balkan Peninsula need more than the Albanian people to define borders on ethnic divisions.

Because Albanians live compact, reach out, are compact autoktons and have their own compact crystal territory, without having to create corridors and leopard skin.

In this regard let me ask you: Can six states be destroyed and an Albanian state built?!

Perhaps you can convince Macedonia, Greece, Montenegro and yourself, so Serbia, to make an ethnic division of our peoples.

Let me show your opinion that even the Albanian class you have established in Kosovo, that you have run the food and that perhaps today and this day for a part of it, is against you as well.

I agree at a distance that this category of people is the first to create political material. It's a survival nature. I have no doubt that you know! Yet they are again against you!

A small part that agrees with your proposal to us is exclusively naive and there is not even a good argument to convince someone in Kosovo, why it is urgent that our country enter into an agreement with Serbia to correct borders with ethnic division yet without knowing you Republic of Kosovo de jure.

Is that really so, Mr. President, as if we would agree to open the question of our sovereign and independent state status with you again?
Should we undo our judicial-unconstitutional system just at the Brussels table without asking anyone?!
