The retired prosecutor had interviewed all members of the State Commission for Verification of the Status of Vetran of KLA. He's put them all on trial. They are: Agim Ceku, Nuredin Lushtaku, Sadik Halitaj, Shumbin Demaliyaaj, Kele Gashi, Shukri Buja, Ahmet Daku, Rrustem Berisha, Faik Fazliu, Smajl Elezaj, Fadil Shudreaj, Xhavit Jashar.

In the indictment, the retired prosecutor mentioned the number of fraud veterans, but he didn't write any of their names.

After that, the same indictment is expected to be expanded and the Founding Prosecutors taken. On the other hand, Agim Ceku has said there is still no official announcement concerning a special Prosecution Act to the Commission for Verification of KLA veterans. He said he didn't feel guilty until he spoke more unless the prosecution was formal.

Shukri Buya is also one of those involved in the indictment of retired prosecutor Elez Blakaj. Former leader of The NALA for the Nerodime Zone says the prosecutor had recognised professionally when he began investigating veterans' lists. He has said Blakaj did not know the political context of KLA creation. Shukri Buya says it is easy to return veterans' list to the real number.
