This unit aims;
- Supervising and maintaining all public roads
2. Supervising and controlling road transport, travelers, goods, and land transport of dangerous goods
3. Road safety oversight in line with road traffic regulations
4. Automotive Technical Control Center Control
The unit is led by MI Deputy Minister Idriz Selimaj, and consists of officials and experts in respective areas.
With the aim of greater efficiency in fulfillment of the mission, Task Force will co-operate with the MI Inspectorate, the Kosovo Police and other ministry officials.
These will also compile proposals with concrete measures needed for increased traffic security.
