Shkodra: The mayor's brother was drinking coffee with 15 bullets

Event occurred in “neighborhood Guerrile” and the victim were identified as Fatballh Lici citizen.

He's been drinking breakfast coffee at a bar on the main west street of the ring when he's been shot to death.

Fifteen bullets were fired in his direction by the author who was taught to have been masked and then immediately fled from the scene, using the many exits that have rings with other secondary roads of the city.

It is not yet known whether the weapon used in the murder was a pistol or a Kalashnikov, but ballistic evidence will determine police sources.

A few minutes after the incident, police suggested they found a Benz-type vehicle allegedly used by the author to move at the moment of the crime in the neighbourhood.

Police forces did the repair of the area and set up several checkpoints aimed at identifying and apprehending the author. Some businesses in the area where the event happened will be keeping track of the security cameras, while the local murder is taught there are no such ones.

However, police are building the scheme of the event, given the evidence of persons who were in the area at the time of the murder, where some citizens were accompanied to the commissions for questioning.

Officially, police do not provide any clues to the investigation he is conducting on this murder, even though internal sources teach him revenge is the main one.

The victim is the brother of Shkodra municipal adviser Mustafa Lici.
