Through a Twitter post, he wrote that these two presidents, with their latest ideas -- for partitioning Kosovo, respectively -- are playing matchlights in an environment that is eager to light up.
“Aleksandar Vuciq and Hashim Thaci are playing matches in an environment that is eager to turn on”, he wrote briefly on Twitter.
Otherwise, during a media interview, Serwer had said that partitioning Kosovo or changing territories would be a major danger for the entire Balkans and that it would not be accepted by the United States of America.
Serwer in an interview for REL has said Serbia has always wanted to split Kosovo, but innovation is the insistence of President Hashim Thaci to correct the border in the eastern part.
He has stressed that Serbia and Kosovo have already opened Pandorra's “quo” in the Balkans and must close as soon as possible.
Analyst Serwer has also estimated that he does not believe there is any evidence of support for this idea from Americans.
