By a German GIZ research through which teachers in the capital were subjected to testing, the latter had shown a poor result.
Since then, it has been constantly required that all Kosovar teachers undergo such a test to know their knowledge, KTV reports.
Despite the demands, this test will eventually be stopped and pre-university teachers no longer have to fear.
The education ministry from half of September plans to do only their performance assessment.
Gashi points to the form of evaluation, saying that teachers will initially fill out a form of professors and methodological questions.
And then, according to him, the assessment will also be made by the school principal and all at the end by educational inspectors, who will be present in class.
Gashi acknowledges that 21 inspectors are a small number for inspection of the entire large number of teachers, which says employment of some others is planned by next year.
But it is education connoisseurs who express reservations that this testing process will be real, as, according to them, there may be manipulations.
However, the Ministry of Education warns that teachers, who will not perform well, will undergo additional training lessons over a year.
Meanwhile, those who show good results will continue to be licensed and advanced in careers.
KohaVision has now sent questions to the chief inspector of education for 10 days to get details concerning the work of the Inspectorate the number of teachers and quality control, but the Inspectorate has not provided details.
