It has been 35 years since Ahmet Plana works as history educator at primary school “Dardnia” in Pristina.
Plana, now 61, because of her age thinks he can no longer contribute to education, KTV reports.
In addition to weakened health, Plana says that there is always a need for new quarts in the country, so it requires that workers in education be allowed early retirement.
Establishing legal mechanisms that would enable workers in pre-university education before they are 65 years old has long sought out by the United Education Union.
Its officials base their request on many reasons.
In the Ministry of Education, they have said that they have long been analyzing legal opportunities and other implications.
The SBASK has demanded that workers receive 70% of their salary pension and expects this to be legally regulated within a short period of time.
Early retirement through the law will also be regulated for members of the Kosovo Police.
