SBASK: In education, early retirement to workers with serious illness

SBASK has been addressed through a media communique AugustI and Kosovo institutions, which require the creation of legal mechanisms for early retirement of educational workers with serious illnesses.

“If institutions opposed and obstructed the August decision on a pension age reduction for all those employed in the Pre-university Education with the argument that there would be a large number of those who would voluntarily exploit this right and that many budgetary means are required, then the Ministry of Education would have to create legal mechanisms for retirement that now of serious educational workers”, the communique reported.

The SBASK has repeatedly raised this issue to many meetings and does not believe institutions or any individual would oppose the early retirement of serious educational workers, as their numbers are not large.
