Riinvest with three programs in collaboration with University of London

From today Riinvest College will be known as the teaching center and three innovative London University programmes, with academic direction from LSE.

Riinvest College and LSE (London School of Economics) signed co-operation agreements today, which will enable colleges to provide advanced programmes for Kosovo youth.

Through these programmes, young people will be able to study in Kosovo but with world-level curriculum developed by LSE.

During the signing ceremony in the agreement, Riinvest representatives said this is a concrete contribution to improving the experience of higher education in Kosovo.

Education Minister Fatmir Bytyqi said this is an important agreement, and that in Kosovo it is time to have European-level studies.

He said the government welcomes such co-operation. According to him, this is the best way to raise the level of education in Kosovo.

While United Kingdom Ambassador to Kosovo Ruairi O'Connell said the most important area in Kosovo for this era is the field of education. He added that everything must be done to supply Kosovo youth with skills.

O'Connell said this agreement is another evidence that Britain is here to help Kosovo.
