Refki Suma, chairman of Elez Khan, takes Kosovo politics to the next level: Complete the Pilgrimage

Elez Han's mayor, Refki Suma, is taught that he has left for Arab shrines to carry out Haxhi's religious obligation. So writes Periscope, Suma will also get the pilgrimage title.

Suma was once part of the Kosovo Liberation Army, while in Han, Elez leads as chairman now as three mandates.
