The Social Democrat Party has demanded today that the Parliament of Kosovo, though at a break, meet in an extraordinary session not to leave without further discussion “trast Lumezi” as other important issues.
Such a request was made known by PSD deputy Frasher Krasniqi, who at a media conference, said the heads of state have agreed to their statements to Elez Blakaj, as they are not dealing with what Blakaj has said, but they just call him a coward.
“The PSD wants an extraordinary meeting of the Kosovo Assembly. We are ready and the signatures of other parties are needed. The least we can do as opposition is call an extraordinary session regarding this”, he said.
According to him, prosecutor Alexander Wessel's reaction to the invitation prosecutor Elez Blakaj had made to him to testify is evidence of a seized state.
“We have past cases when MPs are invited to issue statements... Alexander Lumez has also met Besim Beqaj, who was involved in the pronto vicinity. Here is actually the impression that Mr. Lumez is captured by the state and the state is captured by the pronto clan. We ask Mr. Wessel as to whether he has participated in this invitation by prosecutor Blakaj, and according to those who were told it turns out he has not submitted to testify. At the same time, we have the reaction of Prime Minister Haradinaj, whose statements were unrealistic. His reaction is irresponsible and inconsistent”, he said.
The Red Nature, a member of the leadership in the PSD, said the judicial system constitutes one of the links of the seized state.
“Afera proto won't be possible without a chief prosecutor. The latest veterans' case scandal, the growth of veterans' lists, is a typical neoliberal phenomenon. Unfortunately, some of the individuals involved in this scandal have carried the burden of war in Kosovo”, she said.
According to her, there can only be a justice system in Kosovo after the political class is changed and behind the property
