During the presentation of the request for the detention of 61-year-old husband, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova described the case as a serious murder.
In the prosecution's request for the detention assignment, defendant Xhafer Shkodra reportedly fired a gun at the chest towards his wife and then left in an unknown direction.
In an answer to Kalxo.com, the Bureau for Information of the Gjakova Region Police has declined to comment on the case, but has recommended that the questions be addressed to the prosecutor.

The case, complete by the Regional Investigations Sector, has been delivered to the Basic Prosecutor's Competence in Gjakova, so for any additional information please contact this prosecutor”, the police response is reported.
