In addition to the indictment against false veterans, Kosovo's Special Prosecutor will request by the court that pension beneficiaries of veterans be denied payment.
The Act, according to Special Prosecutor Sylla Hoxha, must be fulfilled with the involvement of the names of illegal beneficiaries.
Hoxha says it is working intensively for this indictment to be handed over to the court.
But, Hoxha still has no answer for what will happen to millions of euros, which have so far been given to the beneficiaries of these pensions.
And until the court makes such a decision, only during the first 7 months of this year the state has allocated more than 44m euros for the category.
The Labour and Social Management Ministry's data shows that from January, when 36,794 persons were added to the list by July to about 977 people.
Doing so even the budget for this category will increase from 6.3m euros in January to 6.4m euros in July.
And, Vetevendosje MP Rexhep Selimi, says the number of veterans tripled, while the growth of the lists considers it organised crime.
KTV has also contacted Nasim Haradinaj from the KLA Veterans Association.
He, by phone, said it would be unacceptable to ask that all veterans be removed from the payment list.
But that, according to him, the prosecution would have to require that only those suspected of misuse and forging veteran status be removed.
Long Friday through a media communique, associations released from the KLA war in Dukagjin have also reacted.
They have sought to prevent dangerous tendencies against the liberation war and have said they are in full support of the statements of former Dukagjin Operative Zone Commander Ramush Haradinaj, for the number of veterans and all other issues raised.
The reaction of these associations is said to have been to tens of thousands of gun fighters in Dukagjin, but they never mention the exact number in the area.
