Postponing of facilities on Lake Batlava is ordered

Environment and Spatial Planning Minister Fatmir Matoshi, in co-operation with the MMPH Inspectorate, have made decisions on the destruction of facilities without permission in the Lake Batlava area, unless construction subjects drop them in the 7-day term.
According to the media statement, this decision was made following field inspections by the MMPH Inspectorate, who have concluded that the subjects that were built without permission in the Batislava Lake area have not adhered to the 2017 decision of their departure.
The MMPH's <x0). Inspectation after the review of August 14th 2018 has found that there was no evacuation of these sites, so 48 decisions have been issued for subjects that have been built illegally near Batislava Lake”, Matosi said.
With these decisions, according to Minister Matoshi, the owners of the facilities have been ordered to leave in the 7-day term.
“also with these decisions have been ordered that owners do the rehabilitation and cleaning of the terrain and surfaces where the objects are located.
If the owners of the objects don't act according to the decisions in question, The MMPH will take conform measures of laws for destroying the object's removal and expenditures will carry the owners of the” facilities, Matoshi said.
These decisions are based on Law No. 04/L-147 for the waters in Kosovo, Law No. 04/L-175 for Environment, Water, Nature, Spatial Planning and Construction, MMPH-15/2017 Administration Guide, as well as Government's decision to No. 17/127, the date 24.04.2013, for the appointment of protected areas and their protective measures of the surface water source ʹ the Batlava Acululation.
