Agon Turkaj from Peja spent vacations in a country where few Kosovars go. He made use of his journey to the Baltic Sea to leave a message to the Russians, since he crossed the border of this country with Lithuania.
With a poster stationed in Kosovo's Kaliningrad, he asked Russia to recognise the state.
“Poster has held two simple sentences in Albanian, Russian and English, he told Klan Kosovo.
For this move the medical student was inspired by the problems he and Kosovo citizens have to obtain a visa.
He had contacted the Russian Embassy, who had said it should be equipped with a Serbian passport to travel to this state.
The Turkaj poster drew the attention of other tourists.
