According to lawyer and former member of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council ( KPK), Kujtim Kreveshi, has happened because of the close ties of state prosecutor's chief policy, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
The State Prosecutor through case “Vjetran” is fighting himself, he says. Krsveshi has named the nonprofessional contest that chief state prosecutor Alexander Lumezi makes his ex-dependent, retired prosecutor, Elez Blakaj.
According to Krsveshi, this system can only be regulated by the Vetting process. He has said that cleaning up the image of the State Prosecutor is not done through the KKP, as this system, according to him, is rotten by politicisation.
