With Brussels' agreement between Kosovo and Serbia in 2011, under freedom of movement, it is possible for citizens of the two countries to travel freely with their respective state patents. The MPB has also called on all Kosovo citizens who drive through Serbia's territory, who have encountered such situations, to be notified at the border police or at the nearest Kosovo Police station.
And citizens can contact the Ministry of Internal Affairs through these contacts: [email protected]; 038 200 19 545 or 045 149 111.
