Police have provided the first details for the event, claiming that the author of this event is a 24-year-old. Sources said the author is suspected of mental problems.

On the 10th,08.2018th, in the village of Resulaj, Selenica, citizen Ridvan Zykaj, 24, for still unclear motives has killed 8 people from two Zykaj families. 

The post-crime author has stepped down where numerous police forces -- Renea, Delta Force, Donsh -- and the forces of the Vlora Police Directorate have been pursued and combing the area to enable his capture.
