The European Union's foreign policy chief, Federica Moghrini, has said on Wednesday that she expects difficult, but possible <x0-> negotiations for a stable agreement between Kosovo and Serbia in Brussels next week.
Earlier Wednesday, Mogherin has arrived in Vienna, where she will chair an informal two-day meeting, with the foreign affairs ministers of the European Union member states expected to begin Thursday.
“I will have a new session of dialogue with the two presidents, [that of Serbia, Aleksandar] Vuciq, and [that of Kosovo, Hashim] Thaci, in Brussels, next week's Friday, on September 7th”, has expressed Moghrini.
We will continue with difficult talks, but, as I have said, possible, for a binding legal agreement”, the EU foreign policy chief has said.
She has issued these statements after a meeting with Austria's president, Alexander van der Bellen, suggests the European Ministry for Foreign Action.
