Schools and offices were closed until citizens were sheltered from the storm, which was reduced from category four during yesterday's third category. The Tornado carried winds of 200 miles per hour [200 km] and heavy clouds.
President Donald Trump has announced the emergency situation in Hawaii, while the White House has announced that authorities are providing the necessary assistance to citizens in response to the created emergency.
The situation remains dangerous, and some flows are of great concern, according to the National Weather Service.
