A 50-year-old man laid out in Vlora's psychiatric hospital had been sent to the city's regional hospital for a routine checkout, but saved his employees by jumping from the third floor of the hospital, resulting in his life.

“On the date of 13.08.2018, the services of the Vlora Psychiatric Hospital, have been sent to receive medical assistance at the Vlora Regional Hospital, the mentally troubled citizen M.K., 50, who has been able to escape services and is thrown out of 3th floor of the hospital, changing lives instantly.
