“Federica Moghrini, Serbia's High Representative of Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, as well as European Commission Vice President, will meet September 7th in Brussels, President Hashim Thaci and President Aleksandar Vucic of Serbia in the context of dialogue for normalising their relations that it facilitates”, the Opinion report said.
The high representative will continue to discuss with the two presidents with the aim of progress in reaching the normalisation agreement, with a view to making concrete progress and giving priority to facilitated dialogue through Belgrade and Pristina and the European perspective of the region”, it says further.
