It is learned that the accordation of a special fund will be established that will cover funeral ceremonies for the eight victims, part of two Zykaj families, who were killed last night by their cousin, Ritvan Zykaj.
Likewise, the municipality will decide on the three-day mourning in honour of innocent victims. It turns out that 5 of the victims last night have been with social assistance from the Celene municipality because of the difficulties.
