Hoti through a Facebook post wrote that the resolution by just one point will be proposed in this session, confirming that Kosovo's territory is one and incompatible and that no one has a mandate to negotiate for Kosovo territory.

The House's extraordinary session before September 7, 2018
Today we have received support from Vetevendosje and PSD for the extraordinary session of the Kosovo Assembly. In this session, the resolution with just one point will be proposed for approval, confirming that Kosovo's territory is one and non-partial and that no one has the mandate to negotiate Kosovo's territory.
No one can do the Bazaar with the state of Kosovo.
In the coming days, we will seek the support of other parliamentary groups as well as civil societye.
