Here are their speeches:
Atifete Jahjaga:
“Pjeter Noecaj was added to the killers who, in the absence of a timely response to the protective organs, did not hesitate to use the violence that systematically continued”.

“Grate in Kosovo are safe at work, roads, school, currently not even in family”.
This is not a private matter but a violation of human rights, a criminal offense deserving punishment, so our obligation is to take all necessary measures to prevent this phenomenon”.
How is it that most of these cases are warned in police? How is it that men who rape women even after reporting often walk in freedom? Mimoza Kusari Lila:

“Why was Peter free, unannounced, why do we come across placid officials?”
“The raising of hands is not an occasion to mark and become part of tradition. No, not even animals need to be beaten, and leave the humans at<x1.
This thing has to stop because a mother and daughter were buried, and you keep grinning, that's the hardest thing that could happen”
