Tell your child, dare or dare not take such action, dare or dare to travel from place to place, perhaps even normal. The issue of territory talks is sanctioned in Kosovo's Constitution and Criminal Code. When actions are taken that oppose the basic state document. And in our case we have efforts to take action against the territorial integrity of the state.

The Assembly as the highest state body has not mandated even a high state institution and no heads of any institution to bargain with the country's territory. If that happened, then the move would be of relevant state institutions paid by public money to protect the country's Constitution. Since their powers and independence of action are divided with the Constitution, their action should be to anyone who violates the laws and the Constitution.

The question should be asked: Is there or is there no such and noble mandates to talk about moving borders?

With our Constitution, the Kosovo president does not have this mandate. Why did Kosovo's president have a mandate he didn't have in 2012- 2013?

Has the Constitution been changed already?

Nobody can claim it. Because the change hasn't happened.
