Serbs don't report at all, or they do it to institutions in Serbia.
Based on the natural addition of the Serb community to the rest of Kosovo and the region, the number of cases of unreported births and deaths is almost close to a higher rate of death, but the AKS in this report has not made a statement about unreported cases.
