KMDLNJ calls recent suspensions in Dubrava prison unfair

Unfair suspension at Dubrava Correcting Center!

The KMDLNj raises its voice and strongly opposes cases when those deprived of freedom are kept in the maintenance institutions which have neither enough professional capacity nor physical conditions to hold this category of freedom deprived, but they must be kept in the respective institutions, outside the prison facilities until a hospital is built for the SKK, which would have professional and material capacity for handling these cases.

The KMDLNj urgently requires that the number of corrective staff be increased, that it be professional, and especially those dealing with child and female treatment, as well as those who have to deal with cases of various health problems and object that due to the neglect of relevant institutions the entire responsibility is to be held to corrective, health and administrative officers, who in certain cases are suspended from work, then released innocent and that presents no solutions.
