The brother of the late head of the Kosovo Civic Initiative “Serbia, democracy, justice”, Oliver Ivanovic, and Kosovo Court of Appeals Judge Miroslav Ivanovic, has assessed that he thinks this murder was carried out with planning, professionally and politically behind. “P after all, Oliver has been politically eliminated, because he has politically prevented”, has declared the Serbian newspaper Danas.
He claims he has no information on the course of the investigation procedure.
In question of whether his brother has been eliminated as an opponent of the partition or setting up of the border with Albanians in Kosovo, Miroslav Ivanovic has said this is very possible.
I am otherwise a very reserved man in providing final conclusions, but Oliver has really had a different political stance on dividing or setting boundaries, and he has been declared in many countries on numerous occasions. He has estimated that the truth about his brother's murder may be the object of the political trade in Belgrade, Pristina and the international community, as well as Kosovo's judicial system has the ability to solve this case to the end, but that this case “must first come to justice”.
Political “Liders in Belgrade and Pristina are being declared on this subject, even at certain moments have said they are close to discovering perpetrators, initialists and political background of the assassination. He has said that in the past seven months no political leader has contacted him, because he expects it to be achieved until the end of the procedure.
Before all the police and prosecution have to finish their part of the job... I think that Kosovo's justice, police and prosecution can only do that, unless they sincerely want”, concludes Miroslav Ivanovic.
