All indictees deny blame for April 27th in the Assembly

The trial continues 31 August with the prosecution's questioning of witnesses proposed. As witnesses, Damjan Mancevski, Frosina Remenski, Pavle Bogoevski and Ilija Nikolovski have been called.

Indictee Gorance Angelovski, at today's session, refused to give entry and refused to accept the defence, which the court appointed to him on official duty, after at the last session he resigned from his lawyer.

The head of the Judiciary Council is Dobrila Kacarska. Prosecutor is Vilma Ruskoska.

This is the fourth hearing from the beginning of the trial. Three preliminary sessions have lasted more than six hours. All 33 of the accused attended the courtroom, out of whom 31 for terrorist danger of constitutional order and two for help.

The trial began last week with the opening words of defence attorneys and prosecutor Vilma Ruskoska and the accused's lawyers.

Prosecutor Ruskovska stated in his opening remarks that there is evidence that will confirm claims from the prosecution for committing a terrorist crime threat to constitutional order, while defence argues there is no evidence to prove it.
