According to the BSH, in real terms, deflamed with the consumer price index, the housing price index registered decline. In nominal terms, however, there were no significant changes in the second quarter of 2018.
The rent index of residences also registered real decline of 7.6 per cent in the second quarter.
The price index report on housing rent is stable about the historical average of the past ten years. / A T S/
