The head of the Party of Democratic Action in Presevo, Riza Halimi, has said that President Hashim Thaci's idea, for the Presevo Valley to join Kosovo, is difficult to implement in view of the current circumstances.
He said that it takes seriousness.
“has lacked discussion for Albanians. There is no logic that the Kosovo reports -- Serbia -- normalise in terms of Albanian discrimination in Serbia, or beyond. The situation is catastrophic. If we have a very serious interest here, but it should be fully of the Kosovo political forces and have serious access that deals with the Valley issue in a concrete way, Halimi has said, Kosovo Clan reports.
“Seeing the situation I'm skeptical that this could accomplish”.
According to Halim, a balance should be made between the rights enjoyed by Kosovo Serbs and Albanians in Serbia.
For me, it has an effect to become even, that people are Serbs in the north, people are Albanians in the Valley. Unity of all state structures is required”.
The only issue that is addressed in Brussels is the issue of diplomas that have not been realised as an agreement. Given the situation, it is impossible to get the Belgium Netherlands model, or the Scandinavian countries”.
