The Actakuz claims that the eight defendants built a network of misuses where clothing supplies for the hospital were performed in smaller quantities, while the paper noted the largest amount of goods. The Act includes eight defendants, Mirlinda Shehu-Kaki, Flamur Zeneli, Mirlinda Mullahasani, Mentor Bytyqi, Kumrije Kameri, Adnan Brovina, Skender Ndecaj and Ahmet Aslan.
Two defendants, Mirlinda Shehu, manager at the El-Ri Graphic and Flamur Zeneli, are accused of not handing over the hospital the cloaks and materials that were contracted.
“The contract included 438 pieces of white mantilla, 302 pieces of white trousers and white T-shirts, 78 pieces of green pants and shirts, 41 pieces of trousers and 17 pieces of blue shirt, the value of these items amounts to 9 thousand and 855 euros” is said in the indictment. The same confirms that the materials had not been delivered, while the three defendants, Mirlinda Mllasani, Mentor Bytyq and Kumrije Kamberi, had signed documents that said the materials had been delivered.
For defendants Adnan Brovina, it is said that the quality of the official-deposit person has accepted fewer uniforms than it was defined in the contract.
The indictment's network included the manager of hospital nurses Skender Ndreca, who reportedly pressured the depositor to accept smaller amounts of clothing.
The first session to be held for today has been postponed for September 3rd, due to the lack of Unknown Flamur Zeneli and Skender Ndekaj.
