Sources of the newspaper close to power structures in Kosovo show that everything began to change with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama's visit to Serbia in October 2016.
Rama remained in Serbia as the guest of Aleksandar Vuciqi, then Serbia's prime minister, writes Koha Ditore.
During the visit, on 13 October 2016, Rama and Vuciq attended the Belgrade Security Forum, promoted new economic ties between the two countries at the Serbia-Albania Economic Forum in Nis, while between these two events Rama held in Belgrade and promotion and translation into the Serbian language of his book “Kurbani”.
