Cyprus will never recognise Kosovo. Serbian media thus quote Cypriot Foreign Minister, who had a meeting with Serbian counterpart yesterday.
Ivica Dacic and Cypriot diplomacy chief Nikos Hristodulidis have met yesterday in Nicosia and have talked about relations between the two countries, Serbia's “Blic” reports.
According to this portal, Dacic has informed the Cypriot colleague of the dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo, while Hristodourididis announced the chief of Serbian diplomacy regarding the problem of partitioning Cyprus.
Minister Hristodulidis has reiterated that “Qipro will never recognise Kosovo independence”.
Cyprus is one of five EU states that have not recognised Kosovo, along with Spain, Romania, Slovakia and Greece.
