The court that only threatens but does nothing

Specialised chamber judges, who have been appointed for more than a year, have not considered a case related to claims listed in the Dick Marty report, writes Koha Ditore.

But attorney Arianan Koci, who is part of the bar register near these chambers, has said that one of the main reasons behind the delay in the deposit of the charges is “that the witness testimony appears to be not in correlate with material evidence”.
