Valeriana Mark Noecaj was killed on Saturday evening along with her daughter by former husband, Peter Noecaj. Although the late woman had warned the police about the threats she had received from her husband hours before the murder took place, the latter had not considered those threats very serious. The police had even sent no protection to the house where Valerie's daughters were staying, and they had failed to find her. But today by the prosecution in Gjakova, they are saying they did not take Valeriana's statements very seriously that the former man was threatening her.
An earlier conflict between the couple is suspected to have preceded the double murder that rocked Gjakova on Tuesday evening. Valeriana Noecaj and her daughter were killed by her husband, Peter Nocsky, who had long threatened her 40 - year - old girl from Tropoja.
As far as four hours before the Maccabre event took place, Valerina had reported to the police about the threats he had received from the former man.
But although the police were aware of these threats, not a single measure was taken for the protection of Valerie's life. Her statements to the police did not take them seriously. In fact, they had not even sent protection to the house where Valeriana was staying and her daughters had not been able to find him, since his phone was shut down all the time.
At least that's what Chief Prosecutor of Gjakova Ali Selimaj has stated.
Selimaj has said the victim had reported the case to the police, and after that police had opened the case as re-chanting, but it was not considered very serious, because neither had the victim sought protection.
“Victime has come and reported the case to the police, but has not requested protection and is not considered a very serious threat. He was a threat, but since he didn't ask for protection we didn't send”, Selimaj said, for Express.
And for the police on duty at the time that Drugze killed his wife and daughter, Salimaj did not give much detail. He's just said they're not to blame, until he showed that the custody prosecutor that day was a mercy to you.
“The police are not guilty, they've been looking for the threat from the moment that the woman reported the case to the police, but they didn't find him, but he stopped the phone”, the chief prosecutor stated.
When asked about the names of the policemen who were on duty, Selimaj says he doesn't know who he was.

And until the murder, the prosecutor claims he came after Valerie had refused to return to Peter's home when he had gone to get it. After that, says the handbill had taken Kalashnikov and killed his 9-year-old wife and daughter.
The prosecutor has said that the suspect is now in the hospital because he has been exacerbated, while in the media it has reportedly broken his nose during the clash with victims' families.
The victim's family have explained the moment Peter visited their home.
The grandson of the deceased said that Peter Noecaj had gone yesterday during the day to meet Valeriana with the aim of arranging the reports. From there, however, Peter left to return later with a firearm.
But before he went to the victim's house, the suspect had sent her a threatening message on the phone.

The family of the deceased show that the former husband was violenceing her.
