Otherwise, a day earlier, the “Justice Vow” reported the establishment of the indictment in the case of KLA veterans, by the resigned prosecutor Blakaj.
As the “Justice Vow” has reported, he has filed the indictment against the veterans' high profile, which is considered one of the most volumeful and sensitive subjects, but which is standing in the Special Prosecutor and has not yet been sent to the Court.
The “Justice Vow” had reported that the list of accused persons led Agim Ceku, followed by Nuredin Lushtaku, Sadik Halitijaha, Shumbin Demaliaj, Qele Gashi, Shukri Buja, Ahmet Daku, Rrustem Berisha, Faik Fazliu, Smajl Elezaj and Jawitari.
This indictment, due to the sensitivity and high profile involved, was originally sent to Special Prosecutor's Chief Prosecutor Reshat Milaku, to send him later to the Constitutional Court in Pristina. In the latter, this indictment has not yet been submitted by the Special Prosecutor, for reasons which have not yet been made public. However, the indictment set up for top veterans' profile is located in chief prosecutor Reshat Milaku's office, and chief state prosecutor Alexander Lumezi is reported to the same.
The “Justice Vow” has contacted Chief Prosecutor Milaku, who has been asked how far the Special Prosecutor has achieved in the case of veterans' investigation, which he led by special prosecutor Elez Blakaj. Chief prosecutor Millaku has said this case is still found in the investigation phase, denying that, in this case, prosecutor Elez Blakaj has already filed charges and that she is found in the Special Prosecutor. “... No no, the investigation is still... SUCH indictment, investigations are still”, Chief Prosecutor Milaku said of “Justice bet”.
The verdict on Justice “teaches that the indictment filed by special prosecutor Elez Blakaj lies in the hands of his superiors, but the same are reluctant to send him to the Court because of the high profile of veterans involved in the indictment.
In addition to Chief Special Prosecutor Resat Millaku, who has denied the truth of the establishment of this indictment, for the same indictment, even though he had been put up and handed over to the Special Prosecutor by Prosecutor Elez Blakaj, the State Prosecutor, at a reporting meeting with Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, had said the prosecutor is still working in the veterans' case, while in the same case, it has been reported that the indictment has been set up and found in Special Prosecutor.
The <x0) Justice Vocation” teaches that according to the indictment set up for the top veterans' profile, which is standing in the Special Prosecutor's drawers and is not being sent to the Court, the persons involved are charged that from 2011 to 2017, acting as members of the Government Commission for recognition and Verification of the Status of the Nation's Witness, Invalid, Veterans, Partiter and Intervent of the Kosovo Liberation Army, have used the official duty and authority, by deliberately passing authority and by failing to fulfill the official duties of persons who benefit in the way of Kosovo's budget, in order to damage.
Otherwise, all these persons involved in the unsent indictment yet to the tribunal are high profiles, which even at war have now held and held top positions. Chief of indictment Agim Ceku has been former Commander-in-chief The KLA, former Prime Minister of the Government of Kosovo and currently deputy Minister of the Kosovo Security Force.
