Azem Syla will be protected in freedom, Prosecutor Still appointed prosecutor for his case

But Syla will continue to be on freedom, KTV reports.

This is after the Kosovo Special Prosecutor says it will take another few days to appoint a prosecutor for his case.

The subject, according to special prosecutor Syla Hoxha, is expected to be shared by one of Kosovo's new Special Prosecutor's Prosecutors.

That during Azem Syla's treatment, there were concessions, special prosecutor Silas Hoxha admits, but according to him, the main blame lies with the Court, which set Syla free.

KTV has also contacted the case prosecutor Earth, Abdurrahim Islami, who has retired for a week.

Islam, over the phone, has said that even in this case, continuing the measure of arrest against Azem Syla has had to be carried out, as has the last months.

Islam further stated that during judicial reviews it has always been the court's duty to deal with the appointment of detention measures.

KTV has also contacted Judge Bekir Kaluldra, who was chairman of the court in Azem Syla's case, but Kaluldra after hearing KTV's question, has closed the phone, thus refusing to provide clarification.

And the phone has not been opened all day, nor has Azem Syla's defence attorney, Besnik Berisha.

While on Monday, when a session is expected to be held in the case known as Earth, the prosecutor is expected to be special prosecutor himself, Silas Hoxha, who has said he will do so that there is no delay in this subject.

Azem Syla, indicted in the case of Earth, was acquitted last week of house arrest, following a decision by the Constitutional Court in Pristina that set him free, arguing there was no request from the prosecution for continuing the detention measure.

But the case prosecutor, Abdurrahim Islam, had retired just a few days before the court released Azem Syla.
