Avni Arifi: Kosovo has taken obligation to establish KSF, but not Serbia's instrument within state

The head of Kosovo's team for technical dialogue with Serbia, Avni Arifi, has said Kosovo has taken an international obligation to establish the Association of Serb municipalities as the form of advancing the position of the Serb community in Kosovo. “In this stance Kosovo continues to seek solutions and has sufficient consensus in Kosovo society [...]
“In this stance Kosovo continues to seek solutions and there is sufficient consensus in Kosovo society for finding a solution always by maintaining constitutionality, territorial integrity and the functioning of the state. Kosovo has never taken the obligation to create association that will serve as an instrument of the Serbian state for defunctioning and controlling the state of Kosovo”, Arifi has said.
On the other hand, Arifi has said that the idea that through the Association can be penetrated into the functioning of the state of Kosovo is a challenge and will not pass.
