The overall harmonised consumption prices “is higher by 0.2% in July 2018, compared to June 2018. It also shows that the rise has been neutralised little by the drop of consumer prices in COICOP subgroups, such as tree prices (-2.5%); vegetables (-5.1%), with a common impact of these subgroups of (-0.3 %) on IHCHK.
“This is primarily explained with the rise of consumer prices in this period of COICOP subgroups: bread and cereal (1.4%); meat (2.3%); milk, cheese and eggs (4.7%); vegetables (12.2%); tobacco (3.9%); use of personal transport equipment (9.8%) - Uplifting the price of oil and gasoline; hotel services (2.3%) with a combined impact of 1.9 per cent in the IHK”, the ASK results reported.
The upgrade was also said to be neutralised, mainly by lowering consumption prices in COICOP subgroups: sugar and candy (-8.1%); clothing (-1.4%); electricity, gas and other fuel (-7.0%); household equipment (-2.5%); mobile phone equipment (-8.4%); audio-visule equipment, information processing (-4.6%), with a common impact of these sub-groups (0.7 percent) in IHCHC. /Kosovo pres/
