Residents complain that the poor quality of asphalt, with which this road has been paved and that no criteria have been met, has caused such deterioration, KTV reports.
They say that even during the second intervention in some parts, the quality of asphalt is again weak.
Their biggest note is that the construction company, they say, has done the job just to cover the pits, while the asphalt has thrown directly into the mud without laying a necessary basis.
In addition, they have said that in some places where there is a need, there is no intervention at all.
As long as they ask the municipal authorities to make the regulation of this asphalt fast.
Meanwhile, the mayor, Sokol Haliti, contacted by KTV, has not given any clarification on the issue, only said he is busy.
But residents themselves say the municipality has sometimes addressed complaints to the construction company “Bager” but the route has remained in the same condition.
Kohavision has tried to contact even the owners of this company, but they have not responded to television calls.
