Four out of five people accompanied yesterday to police during a protest in Gjakova have been released in regular procedure, while one of them is being held in police detention.
Five people have been escorted to the police during a protest, which was held in Gjakova as opposition to a planned visit by Serb pilgrims to a city church.
Police spokeswoman in Gjakova, Freedom Podrema for Calho. com provided details on the suspects' arrests.
“D by 28.08.2018 during the time of the protest on the road to the church, five persons have been arrested, four of them for obstructing official persons in carrying out the post, who after the interview have been released in regular procedure. The other suspect has been arrested because the same has damaged the carrier company's vehicle, and the same at the state prosecutor's order is held in police detention”, said Podrija.
